5 Things to Check Before Buying a Fly Ash Brick Making Machine

Choosing the right fly ash brick making machine can make or break a new production line. Here are the key factors we walk every customer through before they invest.

1. Match capacity to your real demand

Our Max series covers five press capacities — from the compact Max 1010 (11,000 bricks per 8-hour shift) up to the high-output Max 2510 (27,000 bricks per shift). Buying more capacity than your site can sell ties up capital; buying too little limits your growth.

2. Check the mould versatility

Every Max series machine can switch between fly ash bricks, zig-zag pavers, I-shape pavers, solid concrete blocks, hollow blocks and kerb stones using interchangeable moulds — so one machine can serve multiple product lines as demand shifts.

3. Look at the automation level

All our machines run on a PLC with touch-screen HMI control and automatic pallet feeding, reducing labour dependency and keeping output consistent shift after shift.

4. Plan for power availability

Total power requirements range from 35 HP on the Max 1010 to 93 HP on the Max 2510. Confirming your site’s power supply against the machine’s requirement avoids costly surprises during installation.

5. Ask about after-sales support

A machine is only as good as the support behind it. We work directly with every customer on installation, training and spare parts across Gujarat and beyond.
